Through Sutho Studio personal training, you will embark on a personalised program full of: intuitive movement, appropriate challenge, and intentional recovery – my clients find that their confidence grows, self love returns and consistency becomes natural, not forced resulting in a strong, empowered and dynamic body and mind.

Sutho Studio Group Fitness Classes
If mingling is the pillar you want to lean on, group classes are a great option to meet new people and workout alongside a group of friends! Sutho Studio offers a variety of three different classes to cater for all preferences.
Class descriptions
Cardio & Core:
Think of your HIIT style workouts, this conditioning session will make your heart pump and sweat drip, core work as the cherry on top!
Load & Build
Incorporating more advanced lifts; low reps, heavy weight- Load + Build will help you will realise your untapped strength potential and gain muscle mass.
Sculpt & balance
Begin on the mat to connect your mind and body before transitioning into a hybrid of mat pilates and functional strength work- high reps at lighter weight that will mobilise and tone. Expect to feel the burn!

15 minute mentorship calls for me to hear your story and learn about your relationship with movement.

Initial/single 15 minute call - $15
Fortnightly follow ups (10 minute call program): $35/month
Program Writing
If you feel as though you have enough knowledge to meet your fitness goals on your own, but still want some expert guidance, reach out and we can set up a call to discuss your personal fitness goals. From here I can then create a specific, custom 8 week blocked training program for you to complete in your own time including video explanations outlining proper technique for each exercise
